Chanel in Paris seeks an Intern — Assistant Project Manager, Entertainment & Global Celebrity Relations (Fashion). Internship begins July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Entertainment & Global Celebrity Relations team in the coordination and execution of celebrity activations, red‑carpet appearances, fittings and branded events for the Fashion division.
- Manage logistical details including scheduling, travel coordination, call sheets, fittings and on‑site requirements for talent and their teams.
- Liaise with talent agents, managers, PR agencies and internal departments (design, wardrobe, PR, legal) to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
- Prepare briefing materials, talent presentations, guest lists and media/coverage reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain and update celebrity and talent databases, contact lists and project trackers; assist with expense tracking and invoice follow‑up.
- Attend and provide on‑site coordination at fittings, press events and select public appearances when required.
- Monitor media and social coverage of talent engagements and compile post‑activation reports and performance summaries.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with brand guidelines and contractual obligations in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Public Relations, Events, Fashion Management, Marketing or a related field (required for internship eligibility).
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, entertainment and celebrity relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional phone and email manner.
- High level of organization, proactive multitasking and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Discretion, diplomacy and professionalism when handling high‑profile talent and sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events; ability to travel at short notice.
