Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor category context dynamics and emerging insights across the beauty landscape in collaboration with global teams
- Identify new influencer typologies, engagement trends, and activation formats aligned with brand positioning
- Participate in crafting key messaging for press and influencer audience segments
- Design high-impact activations, differentiated experiences, and orchestration plans
- Coordinate markets on international press and influencer events
- Contribute to interview scheduling for brand spokespeople
- Compile and maintain press reviews and post-event reports using tools such as LEFTY and DMR
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or program in communications, public relations, or digital media
- Strong sensitivity to beauty (fragrances, skincare, makeup) and press landscapes
- Demonstrated expertise in digital platforms and online communication strategies
- Excellent relational and interpersonal skills with keen discretion and sense of responsibility
