Role & Responsibilities

• Manage operational progress on ongoing innovation initiatives, pilot actions and deadlines, and resolve blockers to advance projects daily
• Support the App Factory IA in delivering value to business teams by framing use cases, coordinating rapid validation pilots, gathering user feedback, and tracking solution adoption
• Contribute to emerging technology experimentation, particularly generative AI applications for image and video, documenting learnings and preparing recommendations
• Prepare innovation governance materials including committee meetings and validation milestones, document decisions, and track action plans and success metrics
• Conduct technology intelligence and ecosystem analysis on generative AI, agentic AI, immersive and spatial experiences, and enhanced clienteling

Qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in the luxury industry, high watchmaking, and fine jewellery
• Prior experience in project coordination, innovation, or technology initiatives, gained through internships, student projects, or volunteer engagement
• Ability to navigate fluidly between strategic and operational activities
• Strong autonomy, initiative-taking mindset, and rapid learning ability paired with structured and organized work habits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent in French and English
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and interest in no-code tools and AI-powered workflows
• Sensitivity to responsible AI principles and ethical dimensions of emerging technologies

First experience in project coordination or innovation and technology initiatives, whether through internship, student project, or volunteer involvement.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme relevant to business, technology, innovation, or related disciplines.
