Chanel seeks Innovation Process Manager for Makeup in Pantin, France. Lead process innovation and industrial scaling projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and propose innovative process solutions and technologies in response to strategic brand projects in partnership with pilot and industrial teams
- Operationally conduct trials throughout project phases (formulation and process) to develop and validate solutions and new technologies
- Lead research programs related to manufacturing and shaping processes, and actively contribute to collaborative working groups
- Contribute to building strategy and innovation roadmap for makeup process development
- Identify and deploy partnerships applied to innovation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 (Master's level) in process engineering, cosmetics, chemistry, or food science
- 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing processes, industrial shaping, or process transposition within cosmetics
- Creative, rigorous, and proactive mindset with strong critical thinking
- Demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
