Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the indirect procurement lifecycle for General Services: prepare RFx documentation, collect quotations and assist in supplier selection.
  • Contribute to contract administration and purchase order creation, ensuring compliance with corporate procurement policies and supplier terms.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional procurement projects, liaising with internal stakeholders (facilities, legal, finance, IT, operations) to define requirements and timelines.
  • Perform spend and market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and cost‑efficiency measures; prepare summary reports for buyers and managers.
  • Assist in supplier relationship management, including onboarding documentation, performance tracking and remediation follow‑up.
  • Maintain procurement records and dashboards; ensure timely invoice reconciliation and resolution of routine discrepancies.
  • Support ad hoc procurement initiatives and process improvement projects driven by the corporate purchasing team.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, confidentiality requirements and group procurement standards in all activities.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship contract).
  • Demonstrable interest in procurement, sourcing or project coordination; prior internships in purchasing or supply chain are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with the capacity to synthesise data and prepare management‑quality summaries.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with multiple internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Commercial curiosity and a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
