Chanel Taipei seeks Indirect Procurement Manager with 7+ years experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier performance optimization.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commodity sourcing strategies across assigned spend categories, conducting spend analysis and formulating category-specific execution plans
  • Lead RFX processes and price/contract negotiations to maximize value and protect brand integrity
  • Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships through performance evaluations, joint review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with business objectives and optimize supplier relationships
  • Monitor sourcing strategy implementation, ensure TCO reductions are achieved, and communicate results against performance metrics
  • Support sustainable procurement expertise development and drive green sourcing initiatives aligned with ESG commitments
  • Design and manage procurement transformation projects with accountability for timeline, resource planning, and risk mitigation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years of procurement experience in multinational companies with focus on category management or supplier management
  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Demonstrated experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
  • Proficiency with e-Procurement tools and strategic sourcing techniques
  • CIPS qualification (preferred)
  • Green Sourcing experience (preferred)

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
