Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit import documentation including customs declarations, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
  • Manage tariff classification and duty optimization for luxury merchandise shipments
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to facilitate timely clearance
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Japanese import regulations and international trade agreements
