Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the production and coordination of visual content (photography, videography, print materials) and oversee their implementation and distribution for runway presentations, collection launches, events, and client communications
- Organize and manage image production logistics for non-campaign shoots, film productions, and photo sessions, while monitoring post-production progress and coordinating asset variations
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including creative departments, copywriting teams, social media teams, and digital platform teams to establish and execute content communication and distribution strategies
- Manage content delivery and ensure proper dissemination to stakeholders, digital platforms, and internal teams, including metadata management and asset availability
- Develop, maintain, and update production timelines, project schedules, budgets, and other production documentation
Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and design software including Adobe Bridge, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with capacity to collaborate across multiple departments
- Self-directed work ethic with proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects

Experience from previous internships or professional positions in media production, content coordination, or related creative fields.
Education
Current student or recent graduate in Media, Communications, Fashion, Visual Arts, or a related discipline; internship eligibility required.
