Chanel seeks HR Specialist for Watchmaking & Fine Jewelry Division, Paris; fixed-term contract from October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for the Watchmaking and Fine Jewelry Division
- Administer employee relations, including contract management, performance reviews, and compliance with French labour regulations
- Coordinate training and professional development programmes for artisanal and technical staff
- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives
- Handle HR administration, payroll liaison, and benefits management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency with HR management systems and HRIS platforms
- Strong knowledge of French employment law and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience managing HR functions within luxury manufacturing or artisanal environments
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of HR experience in a luxury goods, manufacturing, or artisanal environment, preferably within a multi-site or divisional structure
Education
Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law (preferred); or equivalent professional certification (CIPD, ANDRH, or similar)
