HR Manager position at Chanel Compiègne facility in the Perfumes & Beauty division, supporting transformation and talent management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with site leadership to define and execute HR initiatives while ensuring alignment of HR policies with business priorities and supporting transformation projects
- Drive end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, internal mobility, and compensation strategy in coordination with group HR experts
- Attract, retain, and develop talent to strengthen site expertise while building employer brand appeal through local partnerships and capability enhancement
- Cultivate a climate of trust and psychological safety through active engagement with teams, transparent communication, and proactive change management
- Oversee responsible management of HR budgets and resources; leverage HR data analytics to inform decision-making and support organisational performance
- Champion safety and quality culture on site through participation in compliance audits, training initiatives, and conformance protocols
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all HR practices and team dynamics
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing across Chanel's multi-site operations and specialist functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, political science, HR specialisation, or equivalent management qualification
- Minimum 5 years' HR experience in a generalist capacity, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of labour law and employment legislation to ensure HR compliance and manage routine employment matters
- Proficiency in HR data analytics and ability to translate metrics into actionable business insights
- Proven ability to coordinate and deploy HR initiatives (recruitment, talent development, performance management, mobility) within defined timelines and objectives

Experience
Minimum 5 years in HR generalist or HR business partner role, ideally within industrial or manufacturing operations.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in human resources, business administration, political science, MBA with HR specialisation, or equivalent advanced qualification.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Compiègne, Oise, France, with easy access to Paris.
