Chanel Parfums Beauté seeks an HR Manager in Compiègne, France. Lead talent, compliance, and culture in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and luxury industry standards
- Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster employee engagement and retention through targeted people initiatives and development programmes
- Ensure compliance with French labour law and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent needs and implement workforce solutions
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration within budgetary parameters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience in a luxury goods or premium manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR compliance
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English

5–7 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably within luxury goods, pharmaceuticals, or premium consumer goods. Prior experience in manufacturing or beauty sector a distinct advantage.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent professional qualification.
