Chanel Parfums Beauté seeks an HR Manager in Compiègne, France. Lead talent, compliance, and culture in luxury beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and luxury industry standards
  • Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Foster employee engagement and retention through targeted people initiatives and development programmes
  • Ensure compliance with French labour law and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify talent needs and implement workforce solutions
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration within budgetary parameters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience in a luxury goods or premium manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of French labour law and HR compliance
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English

Experience
