Chanel seeks a Human Resources Manager for its Perfumes & Beauty division in Chamant, France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for the Perfumes & Beauty division
- Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and professional development programs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Chanel values and French labor law
- Support organizational planning and succession management
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Foster workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in luxury goods or beauty sectors
- Deep knowledge of French employment law and regulations
- Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience managing HR operations and employee relations
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of progressive HR management experience, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, or prestige consumer goods.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; FIRP (Institut Français de Ressources Humaines) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Chamant, Oise, France, with easy access to Paris.
