Chanel seeks a Human Resources Manager for its Perfumes & Beauty division in Chamant, France.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for the Perfumes & Beauty division
  • Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and professional development programs
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Chanel values and French labor law
  • Support organizational planning and succession management
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
  • Foster workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Human Resources management experience, preferably in luxury goods or beauty sectors
  • Deep knowledge of French employment law and regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience managing HR operations and employee relations
