Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination and candidate follow‑up for the fashion division.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new hires and apprentices, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
- Maintain HR administrative processes: employment contracts, personnel files, statutory reporting and document compliance.
- Liaise with payroll and social affairs teams to ensure accurate transmission of HR data and attendance records.
- Contribute to HR projects such as talent events, internal mobility initiatives and employer‑branding activities on campus.
- Update and maintain HRIS and ATS records; produce basic HR reports and dashboards as required.
- Provide day‑to‑day employee relations support with professional discretion and adherence to French labour law.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent, eligible for an alternance contract starting September 2026.
- Demonstrated organisational rigour, discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of basic French labour law and HR administration principles.
- Fluent written and spoken French is strongly recommended; professional English is advantageous.

Experience
Previous internships or short professional experiences (6–12 months) in HR, talent acquisition or HR administration are preferred; experience within luxury, fashion or retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline; eligible for alternance/apprenticeship in France.
