Chanel seeks HR Operations Coordinator Intern in Paris for one-year apprenticeship beginning September 2026 within the Mode Division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily support and guidance to interns and apprentices within the assigned perimeter, managing contract oversight, onboarding, and regular progress check-ins through contract conclusion
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the intern and apprentice population, coordinating internal events, career exposure activities, and the talent pipeline development initiatives
- Maintain regular liaison with department managers regarding support for interns and apprentices, ensuring seamless integration and addressing operational challenges
- Produce and maintain HR reporting and dashboards for the Operations perimeter, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to organizational transformation and workforce competencies
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret HR metrics and organizational indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing concrete action plans
- Support HR leaders in executing HR projects and coordinating flagship HR initiatives and organizational change management programs
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on training deployment and plan execution within the Operations division
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of organizational documentation and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a previous HR internship or apprenticeship with generalist exposure within demanding, dynamic environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) essential
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with ability to interpret complex HR data
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality awareness appropriate to HR functions
- Demonstrated interest in the luxury fashion and creative industries
Skills
Experience
Successful completion of a previous internship or apprenticeship in Human Resources, preferably with generalist HR responsibilities in dynamic, high-performing environments requiring strategic thinking and operational agility.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's degree programme in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; candidates with strong related coursework in organizational development or HR operations will be considered.
