Chanel seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for its Vancouver office to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and department heads to align human resources strategy with organizational objectives
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition, development, and retention programmes tailored to business needs
  • Provide strategic HR advisory on organizational structure, compensation, and employee relations matters
  • Manage employee performance management processes and conduct talent reviews
  • Identify and support talent pipeline development and leadership succession planning

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of human resources experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic business partner capacity
  • Advanced knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in Canada
  • Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or premium brand environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior-level executive presence

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Professional HR certification (CHRP, PHR, or equivalent) is required.
