Chanel in Verneuil‑en‑Halatte seeks a Human Resources Assistant (Apprenticeship) to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR administrative operations: personnel file management, contract preparation and archiving in line with internal procedures.
- Assist the recruitment process: drafting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring smooth integration of apprentices and employees across the site.
- Contribute to training administration: scheduling courses, maintaining training records and assisting with logistics.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR databases; support data entry and periodic audits for compliance with GDPR.
- Act as point of contact for employees on routine HR queries and escalate complex matters to HRBP or manager.
- Support ad‑hoc HR projects and employee events to foster internal engagement.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an alternance / work‑study programme in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent (BTS, DUT, Licence professionnelle or comparable).
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to confidentiality and data protection.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication; professional demeanour when liaising with candidates and employees.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Legal right to work in France and availability for the full duration of the alternance contract.

Experience
No previous professional experience is strictly required; internships or part‑time experience in HR, administration or customer service are advantageous and viewed positively.
Education
Currently enrolled in an accredited alternance (work‑study) programme in HR, business administration or a related discipline (BTS/DUT/License).
