Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day HR administration for the Perfumes & Beauty site: personnel file maintenance, contract preparation and digital record keeping.
- Assist the recruitment cycle: drafting job postings, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and liaising with hiring managers and agencies.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new hires, including documentation, site orientations and learning plan follow‑up.
- Contribute to training logistics and workforce development initiatives: scheduling sessions, monitoring attendance and supporting training providers.
- Prepare HR reports and basic analyses (headcount, absences, turnover) and maintain HR dashboards under HRBP guidance.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in an HR, Business Administration or related Bachelor/Master programme suitable for alternance (apprenticeship) starting September 2026.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Organisational rigour with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of French labour law and HR processes is an asset; practical level of Excel for reporting.
- Motivated team player with an appetite for projects and exposure to multiple HR disciplines.

Experience
Previous internships or initial professional experience in human resources or administrative roles preferred; demonstrable exposure to recruitment, onboarding or HR administration is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a tertiary-level programme (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or equivalent, eligible for alternance/apprenticeship.
