Role & Responsibilities
- Support the local HR team in daily administrative tasks: maintenance of personnel files, preparation of contracts and amendments, and follow‑up of statutory documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating logistics with managers and facilities to ensure a seamless employee experience.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and to collaborate with multi‑disciplinary teams.
- Proactive mindset with a capacity to prioritise competing tasks and to drive small HR projects to completion.
- Fluent in French; professional working knowledge of English is an advantage.
Experience
Previous internships or brief professional experience (0–12 months) in HR administration, recruitment or training coordination preferred; prior exposure to HR processes in a corporate or retail environment is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme (alternance/work‑study) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
