Chanel seeks a Human Resources Apprentice (alternance) in Paris starting Sept 2026 — support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration in the fashion division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the talent acquisition process: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and communication with applicants.
- Coordinate onboarding and administrative processes for new hires, including contract preparation, induction scheduling and employee records maintenance.
- Assist with daily HR administration: personnel file management, HR reporting, attendance tracking and contract renewals.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives within the fashion division (training coordination, internal mobility, employer branding events).
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (store and corporate teams) and external partners (schools, training providers) to ensure compliance with alternance requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection rules (GDPR) in handling employee information.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised alternance programme (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, available to start in September 2026.
- Strong organisational skills with capacity to manage multiple administrative tasks and stakeholder requests.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in French; good command of English is an asset.
- Discreet, reliable and attentive to detail; commitment to upholding luxury brand standards.
