Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify and analyze HSE risks in the Unique Document and environmental analysis.
  • Implement necessary measures for risk prevention.
  • Lead analysis of incidents and accidents, focusing on those with high severity potential.
  • Draft and update HSE documents, including procedures, safety instructions, and prevention plans.
  • Conduct audits to ensure proper application of procedures on-site.
  • Monitor and ensure progress of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Actively participate in team awareness and training on HSE issues.
  • Oversee waste management and ensure the efficient operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
  • Update HSE indicators and contribute to site HSE communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a SEVESO-classified industrial site.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements.
  • Technical skills in electricity and mechanics.

Skills

Proficiency in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. Experience in auditing safety and environmental management systems. Competence in accident analysis using the root cause analysis method. Ability to manage and coordinate external companies. Exemplary rigor and sense of responsibility. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to diverse stakeholders.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial environment classified under SEVESO regulations is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hygiene, Safety, Environment (HSE).
