Role & Responsibilities

  • Support planning and delivery of HSE projects for the Perfumes & Beauty division, ensuring milestones, budgets and stakeholder alignment are met.
  • Contribute to risk assessments, safety studies and the development of mitigation measures for laboratory, production and logistics activities.
  • Assist with site inspections, incident investigations and tracking of corrective actions until closure.
  • Maintain and update HSE documentation, procedures and project records in compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (R&D, production, quality, procurement) and external service providers to implement HSE improvements.
  • Prepare presentation materials, reports and metrics for HSE reviews, audits and management committees.
  • Support deployment of HSE training and awareness programs for operational teams.
  • Contribute to environmental monitoring activities and initiatives to reduce waste, emissions and chemical risk in the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an alternance (work‑study) contract beginning September 2026; currently enrolled in a relevant higher‑education programme (Bac+4/5).
  • Academic background in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of HSE management systems and standards with familiarity or interest in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to perform risk assessments and support incident investigations.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Experience

Practical experience through internships or project work in an HSE, manufacturing, laboratory or cosmetics environment is preferred; typically 6–12 months of relevant internship experience will be considered an advantage.

Education

Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s level) in HSE, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety or a closely related discipline; alternance eligibility required.
