Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HRIS operations including incident management, ticket triage and service-level escalation for global HR users.
- Assist in the configuration, testing and deployment of HRIS functionality and system updates, including user-acceptance testing (UAT).
- Produce and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and user guides for HR processes and system tasks.
- Extract, consolidate and analyse HR data to produce regular reports and ad hoc insights for People Experience stakeholders.
- Collaborate with People Experience, HR Operations and IT teams to diagnose issues and implement process improvements.
- Contribute to project workstreams: requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, timelines and change communications.
- Support end-user training and onboarding materials for new HRIS features or service-management workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators for HR service delivery and propose recommendations to enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in HR systems, service management and employee experience with relevant internship or project exposure preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable liaising with cross‑functional and international stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Skills
Experience
Internship-level: some prior exposure to HR operations, HRIS, IT service desks or People Experience projects is preferred. Previous internships, academic projects or part-time roles demonstrating analytical capability, system curiosity and cross‑team collaboration are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or equivalent.
