Chanel seeks an HR Administrator on a fixed-term contract in Paris to manage personnel administration, payroll, and employee onboarding.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage administrative processes for employee hiring, mobility, and separations (retirements, resignations, terminations)
- Generate and oversee contractual documentation including employment agreements, amendments, and tripartite conventions
- Create and maintain employee digital files within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
- Conduct onboarding sessions both collectively and individually, communicating company policies, internal regulations, and employee benefits
- Provide ongoing HR guidance to employees on all personnel matters and policy inquiries
- Monitor and process time management data including absences, overtime, scheduling modifications, and attendance discrepancies
- Control time tracking compliance and sensitize employees and managers to appropriate time management practices
- Input and validate payroll data in ADP Link, managing payroll variables and corrections
- Organize and archive personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
- Track various types of absences including sick leave, parental leave, maternity leave, and contract suspensions
- Prepare and present monthly workforce reporting and analytics
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for HR administration processes
- Support the deployment and implementation of new HR tools and systems
- Contribute to cross-functional ad-hoc projects supporting HR objectives
Qualifications
- Degree or training in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated HR administration experience in a structured corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of social legislation and employment law
- Excellent command of time and attendance management systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
- Knowledge of Workday and ADP Link is advantageous
- Good English language skills (written and oral) preferred

Minimum 3 years of successful HR administration experience acquired within a structured corporate environment, with proven expertise in personnel management, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, or a related field.
