Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer end-to-end HR operations for corporate employees, including management of fixed-term (CDD) contracts, renewals and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with French labour law and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and internal mobility processes in partnership with hiring managers and People teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison with payroll, benefits providers and external social security authorities to ensure timely, accurate processing.
  • Operate and update the HRIS and personnel files; prepare regular reporting and ad hoc HR metrics for stakeholders.
  • Support employee relations casework and escalate complex matters to HR Managers or Legal as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects in HR administration and process standardisation.
  • Prepare documentation for social audits, statutory filings and collective bargaining consultations when needed.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable knowledge of French labour law and experience administering fixed‑term contracts (CDD).
  • Proven ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion and professional integrity.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with capacity to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience supporting managers and employees across a corporate environment.
