Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment for global corporate functions: prepare job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding and HR administration, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of employee records in HRIS.
- Coordinate schedules and logistics across time zones, liaising with hiring managers, external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to talent pipelining and sourcing activities, including campus outreach and candidate database management.
- Compile HR metrics and reports; support development of dashboards and analysis of recruitment KPIs.
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects focused on process optimisation, employer branding and diversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and maintain high standards of discretion.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related discipline.
- Demonstrable organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; professional phone and email etiquette.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential personnel information.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, international corporate environment.

Previous internship or up to one year of practical experience in HR operations, recruitment or a related administrative function; prior exposure to multinational or matrixed organisations is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
