Chanel seeks an HR Manager in Vemars to lead recruitment, employee relations, and HR strategy in a permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluation processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate governance standards
Qualifications
- Extensive HR management experience
- Knowledge of French and EU employment law

Skills
Experience
5+ years of HR management experience, with proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy development. Prior experience in the luxury sector or multinational organizations is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced qualification or certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, DESU) is advantageous.
