Role & Responsibilities
- Support local recruitment activities: draft and post job adverts, screen CVs, coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist onboarding and offboarding processes, prepare employment documentation, and ensure accurate completion of administrative checklists.
- Maintain and update employee records within the HRIS and physical personnel files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare routine HR reports and basic metrics (headcount, new hires, turnover) for the HR team and local management.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, internal events and employer‑branding initiatives; liaise with external vendors as required.
- Provide general HR administrative support including contract preparation, benefits enrollment assistance and interactions with payroll or external service providers.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives with ad hoc research and process documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with proven attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality when handling personnel information.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Right to work in Brazil and availability to commit to an internship period according to local labour rules.

Typically 0–1 year of practical experience; previous internships or administrative roles in HR, retail or client-facing environments are advantageous.
Education
