Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Operations and Transformation Team in Italy with daily HR activities.
- Participate actively in the implementation of the Chanel Operations ITA Onboarding Experience project.
- Engage in the recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure a memorable experience for new hires.
- Contribute to the development and organization of training sessions and team-building activities.
- Draft internal communications and support HR development and Diversity & Inclusion projects.
- Assist in the integration of disabled workers into the company.
- Map service providers related to employee well-being.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Humanities.
- Previous internship experience in HR is preferred.
