Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR team for the Horlogerie & Joaillerie division in daily administrative tasks, including personnel file management and contract preparation.
- Assist with recruitment activities: drafting job postings, screening CVs, coordinating interviews and candidate communications.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration for new hires and apprentices, ensuring a seamless arrival and completion of mandatory administrative formalities.
- Contribute to payroll and time‑and‑attendance data preparation by liaising with payroll partners and ensuring data accuracy.
- Support training and development initiatives by organising sessions, tracking participation and maintaining training records.
- Participate in HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives, producing reports and analyses for HR leadership.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with internal policies and French labour legislation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline and eligible for alternance (work‑study) starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable interest in HR generalist activities; previous internship or practical exposure to HR processes is advantageous.
- Good understanding of basic French labour law and HR administrative processes.
- Professional fluency in French; business English desirable.
- High level of discretion, organisational precision and ability to manage multiple administrative priorities.

Experience
Seeking a candidate enrolled in an HR or business programme and available for an alternance placement beginning September 2026. Prior internship experience in HR or administrative roles (6–12 months) is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and eligible for alternance/work‑study.
