Chanel in Paris seeks an HR Generalist Assistant (work‑study) for its corporate HR team — alternance starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the corporate HR team in day‑to‑day administrative tasks: file management, contract preparation, personnel record maintenance and correspondence.
- Assist with recruitment administration including job posting, candidate screening logistics, interview coordination and onboarding planning.
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes: prepare documentation, set up HR systems entries and liaise with IT, facilities and payroll teams.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems (HRIS), ensure data accuracy and support reporting requests for headcount and HR metrics.
- Coordinate training logistics and participation tracking; support internal HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with French labour law and internal HR policies in all HR administrative activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related discipline (work‑study/alternance eligible).
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple administrative processes.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential employee information.
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills in a corporate environment.

Experience
Previous internship or administrative experience in a human resources function is desirable but not mandatory; candidates must demonstrate organisational capability and readiness to engage in corporate HR operations within a luxury environment.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Law or equivalent (work‑study / alternance track required).
