Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end HR administration for the Tech & Digital organization, including contract preparation, onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Assist recruitment activity: draft job descriptions, screen candidates, coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and external agencies.
  • Manage onboarding logistics and induction programmes for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into global corporate teams.
  • Maintain and update HRIS records and contribute to monthly HR reporting and headcount reconciliation.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters, mobility requests and compliance with French labour law.
  • Contribute to HR projects specific to Tech & Digital (talent mapping, internal mobility, learning initiatives, employer branding).
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and documentation for senior stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme — Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in French; professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to confidentiality and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across international, cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive, curious and digitally literate with a pragmatic, solutions‑oriented approach.

Experience

Previous exposure to HR through internships or part‑time roles (typically 6–12 months) is preferred, ideally within a corporate or Tech/Digital environment where the candidate interacted with hiring managers and HR systems.

Education

Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline as part of a formal alternance (work‑study) arrangement.
