Chanel in Paris seeks an HR Digital & Data Project Manager (apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026 to support corporate HR digitalisation and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end delivery of HR digital and data projects within the corporate HR organisation, from requirements gathering to deployment and post‑implementation follow‑up.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and IT partners to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Contribute to data collection, cleansing and analysis to produce actionable HR dashboards and ad hoc reports.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, prepare test cases and document defects; follow through on remediation with technical teams.
- Produce documentation, user guides and training materials; assist in change management and onboarding of end users.
- Monitor project timelines, track risks and issues, and maintain project artefacts in collaboration platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher‑education programme in human resources, information systems, data analytics, business administration or equivalent (Master’s level preferred).
- Strong analytical aptitude and comfort working with HR data and KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder expectations concurrently.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for French and English audiences (French professional proficiency typically expected for a Paris‑based corporate role).

Experience
Practical experience through internships, academic projects or previous apprenticeships in HR, HRIS projects, HR analytics or digital transformation initiatives; demonstrable exposure to data analysis and stakeholder coordination is expected.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in HR, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance track).
