Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor legislation in Belgium and Luxembourg.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and industry standards.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
