Chanel HR and People Development Intern in Dubai. Support talent management and HR operations in a luxury brand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement and training programs
- Maintain HR records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Participate in onboarding activities for new hires
- Help coordinate HR events and initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Experience
Little to no professional experience required; academic coursework or relevant internship experience in HR is valued.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
