Chanel HR & People Development Intern, Dubai – 6-month internship combining L&D, recruitment, and HR operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the People Development team in training plan management and coordination
- Organize and coordinate training sessions, including venue and catering arrangements
- Manage communications for training programs, including SAVE THE DATE reminders and post-session feedback surveys
- Maintain and update data tracking sheets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR records
- Process and follow up on training reports to maintain current and accurate records
- Handle logistics for a diverse portfolio of HR events, initiatives, and programs
- Assist in creating and implementing an impactful internship program within the organization
- Support recruitment efforts including CV sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies, including careers fairs and networking events
- Assist with welcoming and onboarding international new joiners, including travel and accommodation arrangements
- Process invoicing through COUPA for HR-related expenses and vendor management
- Support the HR Business Partner in executing ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent degree completion in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- Prior corporate experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Currently based in the United Arab Emirates
Skills
Experience
Previous corporate experience required; exposure to HR functions or people-focused initiatives preferred.
Education
Recently completed degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
