Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warm, professional courtesy
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of facility amenities, services, and special offerings
- Direct guests to appropriate departments or services based on their requirements
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with attentiveness and discretion
- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements as needed
- Uphold Chanel's brand standards of luxury hospitality and refined service excellence
Qualifications
- Professional demeanor and sophisticated communication skills
- Fluency in Turkish and English required

Experience
