Chanel Hospitality Manager position in Paris, managing premium workplace services and employee satisfaction at flagship Champs-Élysées site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure visible and discreet presence to guarantee satisfaction of site leaders and employees
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all site stakeholders and resolve service requests promptly
- Monitor and coordinate premium-quality service delivery across the building through quality control and vendor management
- Collect and track employee and leader needs via direct contact and existing ticketing platforms, ensuring timely resolution
- Promote available services in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Manage employee movements on-site including arrivals, departures, workspace preparations, and facility arrangements
- Conduct weekly activity reporting on site performance, challenges, and successes to designated Campus managers in Neuilly
- Serve as operational liaison and functional relay for the Campus events team
- Organize site visits when required and coordinate with external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum BAC+3 qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in Office Management, Hospitality Management, or Housekeeping roles serving demanding clientele
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong general knowledge and comfort with public speaking
- Autonomous with high adaptability to manage logistical situations and challenges
- Organized, discreet, and practical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with various IT equipment (computers, tablets, smartphones)
- Excellent oral and written communication in French
- Intermediate to advanced English comprehension and expression
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years in Office Management, Hospitality Management, or comparable housekeeping roles, ideally within luxury or high-end corporate environments serving sophisticated clientele.
Education
Minimum BAC+3 (equivalent to three years' post-secondary education).
