Chanel Hospitality Management Intern in Paris – Support workplace environment and employee experience initiatives for the Fashion division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Workplace Environment team in their daily operations with focus on increasing employee satisfaction
- Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for resident services including corporate restaurant and concierge services
- Assist in planning and executing internal company events
- Contribute to current and future projects aimed at enhancing employee experience
- Provide administrative support to workplace management initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or events management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in written and verbal form
- Attention to detail with flexibility and strong initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in a service-oriented or events management role is required.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a relevant degree programme (e.g. hospitality management, business administration, events management).
