Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, discreet and highly professional welcome to clients and VIPs arriving at the New Bond Street boutique.
  • Manage appointment bookings, guest arrivals, cloakroom and reception duties; coordinate seating and in‑store hospitality (beverages, light refreshments).
  • Maintain and update guest logs and client profiles, ensuring accurate records and smooth handovers to Sales Advisors and store management.
  • Coordinate with in‑store teams (sales, security, visual merchandising, events) to deliver seamless client experiences and support private appointments or trunk shows.
  • Anticipate client needs, manage waiting lists, and expedite service during peak periods while preserving the brand’s standards of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Support boutique events and VIP activations, including set‑up, guest liaison and post‑event follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer‑facing experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality or boutique environments.
  • Impeccable presentation, polished interpersonal skills and a service mindset aligned with high‑end clientele.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by luxury retail trading patterns.
