Chanel seeks a High-End Manager in Ho Chi Minh City to lead boutique operations, drive sales and deliver VIP client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to achieve sales targets, margin and KPI objectives across product categories.
- Deliver exemplary, bespoke client service for high-net-worth and VIP clientele, including personalised clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
- Recruit, coach and develop boutique staff; set performance standards and conduct regular reviews and training.
- Define and implement visual merchandising standards in line with global directives to preserve brand image and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage inventory, stock control, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to protect merchandise and margins.
- Plan and execute in-store events and VIP activations in collaboration with regional marketing and client services teams.
- Own local P&L responsibilities including payroll control, expense management and store-level forecasting.
- Liaise with regional leadership, supply chain and headquarters to ensure product availability and alignment with global initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail with progressive managerial responsibility, ideally within an international maison or premium fashion house.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales performance, budgets and basic P&L.
- Excellent clienteling skills and experience managing relationships with VIP or HNW clients.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly around visual standards and inventory control.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings for events and peak trading periods.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity overseeing a boutique or flagship store and direct responsibility for sales targets and team performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
