Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute travel retail strategy for fragrance and beauty categories across airport and duty-free channels
- Manage relationships with travel retail partners and airport concessionaires
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion in the travel retail segment
- Oversee product assortment, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and sales operations
- Monitor competitive landscape and consumer trends in duty-free and airport environments

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
5–7 years in travel retail, duty-free commerce, prestige beauty, or luxury goods distribution, with demonstrated success in managing fragrance and/or beauty categories and leading commercial initiatives in international airport environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
