Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute a holistic talent acquisition strategy across North Asia aligned to global HR priorities and local market dynamics.
- Lead, coach and develop the regional talent acquisition team, establishing KPIs, workflows and quality standards for senior and volume hiring.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBP to anticipate hiring needs, design talent pipelines for critical functions (design, retail, corporate, supply chain), and drive succession planning.
- Own employer branding and candidate experience initiatives in-market, including campus relations, graduate programmes and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Manage executive search relationships and oversee senior-level recruitment end-to-end, ensuring confidentiality and brand-aligned candidate selection.
- Implement and optimise data-driven recruitment processes and dashboards to measure time-to-fill, quality-of-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal HR policies across Hong Kong and adjacent North Asia markets.
- Control recruitment budget, external agency usage and recruitment marketing spend; negotiate vendor agreements and SLAs.
- Drive diversity, equity and inclusion recruitment practices and culturally informed sourcing strategies for multilingual markets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading regional talent acquisition for a multinational or luxury brand, preferably with responsibility for North Asia or Greater China.
- Demonstrable success in senior/executive search, high-volume retail hiring and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level.
- Analytical orientation with experience using recruitment metrics to inform strategy and operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural fluency for pan‑Asian markets.
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree in HR, business or related discipline preferred.

Typically 10+ years in recruitment and talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role; prior exposure to luxury, fashion, retail or related consumer sectors and experience managing senior/executive hiring across North Asia.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or relevant HR qualification preferred.
