Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and evolution of digital and AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise architecture standards
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle, from demand intake and solution design through delivery, stabilization, and continuous improvement
- Drive delivery excellence by establishing clear standards for quality, scalability, and reuse across solutions
- Translate business needs into solution roadmaps with clear value hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- Ensure solutions contribute to revenue growth, efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and customer experience enhancement
- Leverage digital and AI technologies to innovate products, optimize operations, and support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure solutions are AI-ready and aligned with enterprise data and AI foundations
- Partner with Architecture and Data teams to industrialize AI use cases at scale

Education
