Chanel seeks Head of Organisational Effectiveness and Change Management for Singapore, driving regional transformation and organizational development across SEAA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management and transformation programs across SEAA region
- Develop and implement organizational effectiveness strategies aligned with global standards
- Design and oversee organizational restructuring and capability-building initiatives
- Partner with regional and global leadership to ensure successful change adoption
- Manage change communication plans and stakeholder engagement
- Build and mentor an internal change management team
- Monitor change impact and develop solutions to address organizational challenges
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in organizational change management and transformation
- Proven track record leading large-scale organizational development initiatives
- Strong understanding of luxury retail or FMCG business models
- Strategic business acumen and ability to influence at senior leadership levels
- Excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities
Skills
Experience
At least 10-12 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, or organizational development roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a regional or global leadership position within luxury, retail, or similar complex organizational environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. MBA or professional certification in change management (e.g., ADKAR, Six Sigma) preferred.
