Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales forecasts, stock management, and supply chain processes for Watches and Fine Jewelry in SEAA and Singapore.
- Drive SEAA merchandising strategies, setting product priorities and KPIs.
- Collaborate with North Asia to implement new supply chain models and processes.
- Establish close relationships with market management teams to analyze and provide insights on local business strategies.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and sales trends to inform strategic actions.
- Develop regional and market-specific sales and stock simulations.
- Align with regional Finance on budget timelines and sales projections.
- Act as the SEAA WFJ supply chain referent, supporting local market processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of merchandising, preferably from luxury Watches and Jewelry brands.
- Demonstrated experience as a people manager, guiding teams through transformation.
Skills
Experience
Proven track record in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, particularly in Watches and Jewelry.
