Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Chanel Fragrance and Beauty across all channels in North America
- Lead cross-functional teams including product, retail, e-commerce, and communications to align on brand messaging and campaign execution
- Oversee product launch planning, go-to-market strategies, and promotional calendars for new fragrance and beauty collections
- Manage marketing budget allocation, performance metrics, and ROI analysis across digital, retail, and wholesale channels
- Drive brand positioning and competitive intelligence in the prestige fragrance and beauty market
- Collaborate with luxury retail partners and oversee in-store experiences, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand activations
- Lead influencer and partnership strategy to enhance brand reach and desirability among target demographics
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in luxury goods, prestige beauty, or fragrance sectors
- Proven track record leading successful product launches and brand-building initiatives
