Chanel seeks Head of Marketing & Client Experience in New South Wales to lead brand strategy and client engagement excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with global brand positioning and regional market dynamics
  • Lead the client experience function to ensure consistency and excellence across all touchpoints
  • Manage marketing budget, campaign ROI, and key performance indicators across digital and traditional channels

Qualifications
