Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the global media strategy for the Watches & Fine Jewelry division, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and product launches.
  • Lead media planning and buying across all channels (digital, print, OOH, broadcast, partnerships), optimising for reach, quality and return on investment.
  • Coordinate and brief external media agencies and internal stakeholders; oversee procurement, contractual terms and performance delivery.
  • Manage the global media budget, perform forecasting and ensure efficient allocation across markets and campaigns.
  • Develop KPIs, measurement frameworks and post-campaign analysis to inform continuous optimisation and senior reporting.
  • Partner closely with regional markets, product, creative and PR teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and local adaptation.
  • Oversee media governance and brand safety protocols, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in each market.
  • Coach and mentor a cross-functional media team or agency leads; foster best practices and capability-building within the organisation.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in senior media leadership roles, ideally within luxury goods, watches or high jewelry.
  • Extensive experience managing global or multi-market media strategies and agency partnerships.
  • Demonstrable expertise in digital media (programmatic, social, search) and integrated campaign orchestration.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience setting and managing multi-million euro budgets.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills; able to operate at executive level.
  • Availability for a fixed-term contract / secondment and willingness to travel internationally as required.
