Chanel seeks a Head of Media International for its Watches and Jewelry division in Paris. Lead global media strategy, manage international campaigns, and drive brand desirability across key luxury markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and orchestrate global media strategy to support the international prominence of the Watches and Jewelry collections
- Pilot global campaigns (collection launches, key moments, image activations) across priority markets (Asia, United States, Europe)
- Ensure impactful media presence by prioritizing premium and affinity environments
- Coordinate omnichannel activations: digital (video, social, display), print, outdoor advertising, and exclusive partnerships
- Collaborate closely with image teams to guarantee flawless creative and media execution
- Supervise relationships with the global media agency, maintaining high standards of excellence
- Support regional and local teams to understand their media strategies, marketing alignment, and asset requirements
- Define measurement approaches suited to the luxury universe (image impact, desirability, contact quality)
- Manage international media budgets with long-term investment logic
- Lead a team of 5 professionals and guide their development toward excellence
- Maintain continuous monitoring of media innovations and emerging luxury expression territories (immersive experiences, editorial content, emerging platforms)
Qualifications
- 15–20 years of media experience with confirmed expertise in luxury, ideally in watches and jewelry
- Significant experience directing international campaigns with high image requirements
- Mastery of premium media environments and deep understanding of HNWI/UHNW audiences
- Recognized leadership and experience managing multicultural teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English (essential)

Experience
15-20 years of progressive media experience within the luxury sector, with demonstrated success in managing high-impact international campaigns and premium brand positioning, ideally within watches and fine jewelry.
Education
University degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, communications, media, or business administration.
