Role & Responsibilities

• Publish and maintain end-to-end reporting tools and performance indicators for delivery optimization, evolving existing systems to meet emerging business needs and ensuring data integrity across internal and external stakeholders
• Design and oversee delivery governance structures across the Fashion division, coordinating with operations, merchandising, finance, visual merchandising, events, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure transparent communication and informed decision-making
• Lead cross-functional projects as Global Process Owner for fashion delivery planning, including HERO, ORION, Allure, Collaborative Planning & Simulation, and Fashion Pricing initiatives, managing project roadmaps aligned with strategic vision and escalating critical issues
• Manage project budgets and external consulting expenditures, including vendor selection, scope management, Statement of Work oversight, and financial reporting in collaboration with Finance teams
• Supervise a hybrid team of Strategic Planning Analysts and external consultants, fostering expertise development and providing coaching on planning methodologies and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business school or university (Bac+5 minimum)
• Approximately 10 years of professional experience spanning consulting, finance, and project management in luxury, fashion, or perfume sectors
• Demonstrated experience presenting strategy and operational topics at executive committee level
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and technology-driven process optimization
• Advanced analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex data

Skills

Experience

Approximately 10 years of progressive experience in consulting, finance, or operations roles within the luxury, fashion, or perfumery sectors, with demonstrated exposure to both lead and contributory project responsibilities. Experience managing reporting systems, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Proven track record of presenting operational and strategic topics to senior management and executive committees.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Bac+5 minimum) from a business school or university.
