Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all treasury operations and financial management functions across Europe
- Manage cash flow, liquidity management, and working capital optimization for the European region
- Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with corporate financial objectives
- Supervise cross-border payment systems, settlement processes, and banking relationships
- Monitor foreign exchange exposure and manage currency risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare financial forecasts, reports, and analysis for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls across all European markets
- Lead and mentor treasury team members across multiple European locations
- Coordinate with regional finance directors and Group treasury headquarters
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced finance qualification preferred
- Minimum 8–10 years of treasury or financial management experience in a multinational or luxury sector environment
- Demonstrated experience managing treasury operations across multiple European jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of cash management systems, banking platforms, and financial software
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Expert-level understanding of foreign exchange markets and hedging strategies

Extensive experience in treasury operations, cash management, and financial risk management at a senior level, preferably within a multinational corporation or luxury goods conglomerate. Proven track record managing teams and delivering strategic treasury initiatives across multiple geographies. Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks and banking environments is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a closely related discipline. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or treasury certifications (e.g., CTP – Certified Treasury Professional) are advantageous.
