Chanel seeks Head of Digital Product Experience, North Asia in Hong Kong — lead regional UX and product strategy across digital and retail touchpoints.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the North Asia digital product and UX strategy to deliver seamless, brand-consistent experiences across web, mobile and in-store digital touchpoints.
  • Lead, mentor and grow an integrated team of product managers, UX/UI designers and researchers across North Asia markets; set priorities, KPIs and career development plans.
  • Partner closely with engineering, data, CRM, marketing and retail operations to align product roadmaps with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Oversee user research, usability testing and qualitative feedback programs to inform discovery, feature definition and continuous optimisation.
  • Drive experimentation and measurement frameworks (A/B testing, analytics instrumentation) to validate hypotheses and improve conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Localise product experience for North Asia markets, ensuring cultural relevance, performance and regulatory compliance across territories.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors where applicable; ensure delivery quality, timelines and budgetary discipline.
  • Represent digital product priorities to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, translating strategic goals into executable roadmaps.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership track record in digital product management or UX at a regional level, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience owning end-to-end digital product lifecycles — discovery, definition, delivery and optimisation — for e‑commerce or brand platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience defining KPIs and driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement or customer lifetime value.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working across brand, marketing, tech and retail operations.
  • Experience hiring, coaching and scaling multidisciplinary product and design teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior executives and multicultural teams across North Asia.

Experience
