Role & Responsibilities
- Champion Chanel's brand image through impeccable visual merchandising, boutique upkeep, and team grooming; act as a brand ambassador and foster relationships with landlords, media, and local authorities
- Motivate and develop the boutique team by aligning them with Chanel's vision, leading by example, coaching consistently, and cultivating a high-performance culture through clear communication and strategic talent development
- Drive a sophisticated clienteling strategy that deepens relationships with top clients, expands WFJ opportunities across Fashion clienteles and travelling clients, leveraging CEM data and market intelligence to strengthen engagement, conversion, and long-term loyalty
- Translate Chanel's High-End business strategy into clear boutique priorities and action plans; partner with the High-End business team to build team confidence in High Jewelry selling and convert appointments, events, and follow-ups into sustainable growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, stock flow, and inventory accuracy; inspire the team with each collection's story and ensure efficient stockroom-to-shopfloor processes
- Demonstrate business ownership by leading the team to exceed sales targets through data-driven actions, client outreach, and service incentives; monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance, variance analysis, and clienteling indicators
- Ensure smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with all procedures; adapt staffing to traffic patterns and share market insights; safeguard assets and ensure disciplined compliance
- Champion One House collaboration across WFJ, Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Marketing, Learning, and Insights to strengthen cross-métier capabilities and deliver shared business priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large teams in dynamic luxury retail environments
- Strong exposure to luxury watches and fine jewelry retail with demonstrated experience leading these categories
- Deep appreciation for brand heritage and client experience in the luxury sector
- GIA certification is advantageous
- Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of inspiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with clients and colleagues
- Excellence in business analytics, strategic thinking, agility, and relationship-building competencies
- Demonstrated ability to navigate matrix stakeholders and cross-functional environments
- Experience in luxury Fashion retail is an advantage

Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail leadership, with demonstrated success managing large teams in complex, dynamic environments. Strong background in watches and fine jewelry retail is essential. Experience leading or collaborating with Fashion retail operations is advantageous. Proven ability to develop talent, drive sales performance, and maintain brand excellence across boutique operations.
Education
University degree in any discipline.
