Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales, staffing, and inventory control
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain service excellence
- Maintain boutique visual merchandising and presentation standards consistent with Chanel brand guidelines
- Foster strong client relationships and implement clienteling strategies to maximize customer loyalty
- Monitor financial performance and budget management to achieve profitability targets
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management at director or senior manager level
- Strong understanding of high-end fashion retail operations and clienteling practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Excellent sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese

Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail management, with at least 3–5 years in a boutique or store management leadership role. Prior experience with a prestigious fashion house is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or equivalent professional qualification in luxury retail or hospitality management.
