- Lead the boutique with a unified vision, ensuring the 'One Boutique One Story' strategy is embraced and executed.
- Motivate and develop the boutique team, aligning them with Chanel’s vision and cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Grow and nurture the VIC and Elite client base, fostering relationships with local clientele and tourists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment and inventory accuracy.
- Lead the team to exceed sales targets through data-driven actions and client outreach.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and compliance with all procedures.
- Champion a culture of collaboration across all métiers to deliver a seamless client experience.
