Chanel Head of Boutique role in Western Australia. Lead luxury retail operations and drive brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all boutique operations to ensure exceptional execution of brand standards and commercial objectives
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and market presence within the region
- Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and brand ambassadorship
- Manage inventory, merchandising displays, and visual presentation in alignment with Chanel's aesthetic and seasonal collections
- Establish and maintain relationships with VIP clientele, driving personalized engagement and loyalty
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, luxury retail standards, and local regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in luxury retail management, preferably with a prestige fashion or accessories brand
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving commercial targets in a boutique or flagship store environment
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and motivating retail teams
- Deep understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and high-touch clienteling practices
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interface confidently with high-net-worth clientele
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years in luxury retail management, with at least 3–5 years in a head-of-store or equivalent leadership role within a prestige fashion, jewellery, or accessories environment.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; tertiary education in business administration, retail management, or a related field is advantageous.
